למה המידע משמש

כדי להשיב לכם, כדי לקיים את מה שביקשתם, למשל פגישה, רכישה או משלוח של חומר, כדי להפיק חשבונית, וכדי להבין מה באתר עובד. בפנייה יזומה, הבסיס הוא עניין עסקי לגיטימי בפנייה מקצועית, ואם אינכם מעוניינים, בקשה אחת מספיקה.

לא יותר מזה. איננו מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים מידע אישי לאף גורם לצורך שיווק.

עם מי המידע משותף

רק עם ספקי השירות שמפעילים עבורנו את התהליכים האלה: אחסון האתר, מדידה, קביעת פגישות, חשבוניות וסליקה, מכירה של מוצרים דיגיטליים, העברת טפסים ושמירתם, המייל עצמו, והגופנים של האתר. חלק מהספקים פועלים מחוץ לישראל, בעיקר בארצות הברית. אלה הספקים:

כל עוד הוא נחוץ למטרה שבגללה נמסר, או כל עוד החוק מחייב לשמור אותו, למשל חשבוניות לפי דרישות המס. מי שביקש הסרה נמחק, חוץ ממה שהחוק מחייב אותנו לשמור.

בכל מייל שנשלח מאיתנו אפשר פשוט להשיב ולבקש הסרה, וההסרה מתבצעת.

הזכויות שלכם

אפשר לפנות אלינו בכל עת כדי לעיין במידע שיש לנו עליכם, לתקן אותו, לבקש את מחיקתו, או לבקש שלא נפנה אליכם שוב. כתבו לכתובת שלמעלה ונשיב בהקדם.

אם פניתם ולא קיבלתם מענה מספק, אפשר לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות שבמשרד המשפטים. מי שנמצא באיחוד האירופי רשאי לפנות גם לרשות להגנת המידע במדינה שלו.

Privacy notice

Last updated: 26 September 2026. This notice covers connecthedots.co, every page under it, and email sent from addresses on this domain. Events and talks on thehumanistheloop.co have their own policy.

Who is responsible. Anat Weissman, trading as Connecting the Dots (Israeli business no. 033399502). Contact: anat@connecthedots.co · +972 54 485 0294.

What we receive. What you give us when you write to us or fill in a form, usually a name and an email address, sometimes a phone number and a message. When you book a meeting: your name, email, the time and what you wrote in the booking. When you buy: what an invoice requires; card details go to the payment provider only and never pass through us. When you browse or listen to the podcast: measurement tools count visits, clicks and episode downloads. The site analytics keeps a random identifier in your browser so a returning visit is not counted as a new person. As on any website, the servers that deliver the pages and fonts see the visitor's IP address. We use none of this for advertising.

When we write to you first. We sometimes write to people about work, at an email address that was published publicly, for example on a company website or a professional profile. In that case all we hold is your name, the published address and the professional context we wrote about. Our basis is legitimate business interest in professional contact (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). One request is enough to stop it.

What it is used for. To answer you, to do what you asked for, to issue an invoice, and to understand what on the site works. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or pass personal data to anyone for marketing.

Who it is shared with. Only the service providers that run these processes for us: GitHub and Cloudflare (hosting, form storage), PostHog and OP3 (measurement), Cal.com (bookings), Morning (Green Invoice), Gumroad and PayPal (invoices and payments), FormSubmit and Web3Forms (forms), and Google (email and web fonts). Some of them operate outside Israel, mainly in the United States.

How long it is kept. As long as it is needed for the purpose it was given for, or as long as the law requires, for example invoices for tax purposes. If you ask to be removed, you are deleted, except for what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights. You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us contacting you. Reply to any email from us, or write to the address above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
